Project objective
The project addressed the bottleneck at Shepherd Bridge, Footscray, while improving traffic flow and freight access to the Port of Melbourne.
RCI Infrastructure involvement
Divert 250 meters of water main to City West Water requirements. Water supply to be maintained to existing commercial properties, while working to a tight construction programme. Water main works were on a critical path to enable road construction to continue.
Project completion
Water main works delivered on time and on budget.
